Editorial policy

How the articles on this site are written, checked, sourced, dated and corrected.

Who writes

Every article is published under the name of Parvez Zoha, Founder & CEO of Swiftleads AI, Inc.. He is the named author and is accountable for what is published here.

How articles are made

Articles are drafted by AI. Before an article is published, a separate AI reviewer checks it against the rubric on this page. An article that fails any rule is rejected or sent back for revision, not published.

Articles published before 30 October 2026 are being reviewed against the same rubric. Pages that do not meet it are corrected, merged into a stronger page or removed.

The rubric

  • No invented experience. No made-up first-person tests, customer results, case studies or quotes.
  • Every number has a source. A statistic links to its primary source (the original study, regulator or company), not a statistics aggregator.
  • Industry benchmarks are labelled as such. They are never presented as a Swiftleads AI customer result.
  • No prices of ours. Swiftleads AI pricing is by custom quote. Competitor and market prices carry a source and an “as of” date.
  • Product claims are limited to what the product does: it responds to inbound leads in under 60 seconds, 24/7/365, across voice, SMS, email and WhatsApp, in 15+ languages; qualifies leads with your questions; books appointments on your calendar; and syncs to your CRM.
  • Inbound and consented follow-up only. Articles do not promote cold calling, purchased lists or prospecting people who did not ask to be contacted.
  • Claims about named companies are cited. A comparison states only what the other company publishes, with a link.
  • No legal advice. Compliance topics are general information, not legal advice.
  • Clean pages. No leftover drafting notes, markup or placeholders.

Sources

We prefer primary research and official sources. Protected statistics are quoted in one canonical form; for example: “Leads called within 60 seconds converted 391% above average (Velocify, formerly Leads360).” (source). This is an industry benchmark, not a Swiftleads AI customer outcome.

Dates

“Published” is the date an article first went live. “Updated” appears only when the content changed materially, for example a corrected fact or a substantial rewrite. Link and formatting maintenance does not change the date.

Corrections

If you find an error, email legal@swiftleadsai.com with the page address and what is wrong. Verified errors are corrected on the page, and a correction that changes a fact updates the article’s “Updated” date.
