Consent model
Inbound and previously consented follow-up only. Swiftleads AI answers inbound inquiries and follows up only with leads who requested contact or previously consented. A listing status, public record, or presence in a CRM is not treated as consent.
Swiftleads AI does not provide cold calling, purchased-list outreach, expired-listing prospecting, or FSBO prospecting campaigns. Automated follow-up is limited to inbound inquiries and CRM contacts with documented prior consent, with suppression and opt-out controls applied across channels.
Under the terms of service, customers obtain proper consent for all communications, comply with applicable laws and keep their account credentials secure.
Calls and text messages
Swiftleads AI supports TCPA, A2P 10DLC and DNC requirements, with call recording controls. As set out in the compliance disclosures, the platform includes features to:
- Maintain and honor Do Not Call (DNC) lists.
- Provide proper identification in all communications.
- Include opt-out mechanisms in all messages.
- Maintain call records and consent documentation.
Privacy and data protection
Swiftleads AI supports GDPR and CCPA privacy obligations and is SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant. As the privacy policy states, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
For users in the European Union, the compliance disclosures list data processing agreements (DPAs), data subject rights management, data protection impact assessments, and appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
